Useful information about booking and staying

We are delighted that you have chosen to spend your next holiday at one of our apartments in South Tyrol. Here is an overview of all you need to know before you make your booking. For more information, please do not hesitate to get in touch by phone or e-mail: we are happy to help!

Rates and payment

Rates are per day and apartment. In addition, a tourist tax amounting to € 1.55 per person per day must be paid locally for each guest over 14 years of age.
Rates include:

Bed linen, kitchen towels and bath towels
WiFi
Parking
End-of-stay cleaning

We especially welcome advance bank transfer and cash payment. Bookings become confirmed and binding on receipt of a deposit amounting to 40% of the booking price. The deposit is non-refundable.

Parking

There is a garage with 2 parking spaces reserved for guests staying at the Sofia Apartment in Mühlbach (max. height: 2.04 m).
Guests at the Valentina Apartment in Brixen have 1 parking space at their disposal.

Pets

Sorry, pets are not allowed in our apartments

Cancellation policy

Under Italian law (Consumer Code) the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation bookings. However, we accept cancellations with the following conditions:

Cancellation up to 30 days prior to expected arrival: we retain the deposit but do not charge cancellation fees.
Cancellation 30 days or less prior to expected arrival or early departure: we charge the booking in full.

Arrival and departure

On arrival, you can check in between 14:00 and 20:00. On the day of departure, please check out by 10:30. We request that you let us know what time you plan to get here and then confirm this by phone one hour before arrival so that we can arrange to meet you.
